Prayers from the heart

I have posted about my cousin's son Lysander and Chino before (here, here and here). I don't know if people are up-to-date with both babies' progress since their operations. That's why I updated Lysander's site just a while ago. Thanks to the support and prayers of a lot of people, Lysander is doing well, though he is having some speech development difficulties. So please do keep praying for him, and for no complications with his heart condition.
Lysander's many faces ;-)

Right now, though, Chino, the son of our dear friends Clarke and Cynch, is back at the Philippine Heart Center. He seems to have congested lungs/pneumonia again. :-(
Chino was discharged last Sunday (yesterday) but was rushed to the ER again earlier today.
I know that God is faithful, and He is able to do anything by His power. He has a plan for everyone, even babies born with "broken hearts" like Chino Lysander, and Seb, and yes, even Sofia and Chip, who have already been called Home to Heaven. We may not be able to understand why He lets suffering, pain, financial difficulties and sickness come into our lives, but we have got to trust and believe that He knows what He's doing.

Today, on Mama Mary's Feast of the Assumption, let us remember to pray for all those who need our prayers - to pray from the heart - especially for babies who are sick, and their families as well.

This is part of what it means to be pro-life. To love life, and offer prayers for those living it - every single day.
